Kudryavtseva V.P. Is the Institute of the jurisdictional acts turn possible on non-material requirements? The article is devoted to the institution of turn of the execution of acts of arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction. The issues that arise in the jurisprudence and practice of performance, at the application of the mentioned Institute are analyzed. Cassation as incomplete appeal and as the practice generating authority Scientific & Practical conference under the auspices of SAC of the Russian Federation "Arbitration Procedure of the Russian Federation 10 years: current issues of cassational procedure" was on October 4, 2012 in Yekaterinburg.
