Kulikova Ye.N. To the Issue of Inter-Related Transactions
The article analyses the arbitration courts’ practice which consider cases on invalidation of major transactions that are inter-related, as well as a number of other categories of disputes. On the basis of such analysis an attempt is made to identify criteria of interrelationship of transactions. This article will be useful for judges who consider cases where it is necessary to determine the legal bond between transactions, as well as for persons who conclude such transactions in order to avoid the possibility of their invalidation.
